1.  How do I know that trust seals really work?

A). There have been numerous studies done - see the "Articles Page" for excepts from these articles and for the original article references that verify that trust seals work.  Our own testing has shown an increase in sales of between 14.3% - 65.4%.  Many of our clients have had even better results.

2.  Why do you offer more than one trust seal?

A). Our tests have conclusively shown that three is the optimum number of trust seals to be used.  Any only if the seals are (or appear to be) from different entities.  Three trust seals that are all from the same company and look the same provided less than a 5% increase in sales.  Two different seals showed a $5-7% bump in sales, but with three different seals the increase was 14%- 65%.

Our seals are from three different companies, all working together to bring you the best results.  You only have one form to fill out and yet your verifications will appear on all three company sites.  You have the benefit of maximum increase in sales with only paying one license fee and filling out one form.

3.  How does my customer verification work?

A).  Your customer simply clicks on the logo.  That will take your customer to our website for that particular trust mark.  Your customer can they verify that you are a current licensee and verify your information.  Our site also encourages your customer to make the purchase.

4.  Why are your trust marks so much cheaper than anyone else?

A).  There are several reasons.  First, we're not greedy.  Second, many of the "expensive" sites actually have software which scans your site daily.  We do not offer that as part of our service and therefore we save the expense of that kind of software and the expense of maintenance - server costs etc.

5.  How can you afford to give a 200% money back guarantee?

6.  Can I really use your trust marks on up to 5 different websites?
